4t Bookmark Manager provides a friendly Explorer-like interface to easily move, edit, and view your favourite websites. Unlike other bookmark management utilities, 4t Bookmark Manager does not present the inconvenience of importing and exporting bookmarks between its database and the Windows Favorites system. Also bookmark manager lets you check Web pages for updates and monitor Web-site availability. You can receive an alarm message or determine another action (open Web page, Download file, Send e-mail, play Sound file) for notification when the site changes.
